Zakieha Issa
Zakieha Issa, 75, formerly of Whitehall, died July 11, 2011 at her residence in Allentown. Born in Amar, Syria; she was a daughter of the late Abdallah and Mariam Azar. She was married for 32 years to Salim Issa. She was a member of St. George's Antiochian Orthodox Church, Allentown. She worked as a sewing machine operator for many years until retiring. She loved to cook, sing, and enjoy music with everyone, especially her family and friends.
Survivors: Daughters, Antoinette, wife of Marwan Chakif of Bethlehem and Venice, wife of Jamal Salibi of Allentown; Sons, David Issa, fianc of Donna of Bethlehem and Jeffrey Issa of Emmaus; Grandchildren, James, Jordan, Steven, Austin, Sierra, and Alex; Brothers, Aziz and Jamil Azar. She was predeceased by a brother, Diab Azar, and three sisters, Salma Hadid, Jamileh Salloum, and Aziza Khalil.
