William E. Knauss, of Allentown, passed away on September 19th at the age of 81. He was the son of the late: Frederick and Eleanor (Kohl) Knauss and is married to Agnes (Alof). William loved to cook and watch the Phillies and the Eagles. He was predeceased by his children: Laura, Michael, Candice, Donna, a brother Frederick, and his faithful chow companion Cheng. Services: A viewing will be held on Friday September 25th starting at 9AM to be followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10AM; both will be at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Allentown.
