William O. Haupt, of Wescosville, passed away on February 8 ^th at the age of 94. He was born in Lehighton to the late: William and Mabel (Bonser) Haupt and has been married to his loving wife Kathleen (Grider) for 69 years. He was predeceased by his son Scott William Haupt. William was a decorated veteran of WWII serving as a Gunners Mate 3 ^rd Class on the USS Phoenix light cruiser, in the Pacific Theater. He was a 50 year member of the Brick Layers Union Local 5 in Allentown. William was an outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing

Survivors : Wife Kathleen, Daughter Susan and husband David Saas, Daughter in Law Jean Haupt. Grandchildren: Katie, Stephanie,  and Justin. Brother Clair Haupt.

Services: A viewing will be held on Thursday February 15 ^th from 10AM until a service at 11AM both will be at Weber Funeral Home, 1619 Hamilton Street in Allentown.
