William Richard Bleam, Sr.
William Richard Bleam, Sr., 96, of Coopersburg died Monday, October 11, 2010 at Valley Manor Nursing Home. William was the husband of the late Pearl E. Bleam for 56 years until her death in 1993. Born in Richlandtown, PA, on June 15, 1914, he was a son of the late William Henry and Mary (Styer) Bleam. He worked for U.S. Gauge in Sellersville as a machinist for nearly 40 years until retiring in 1979. He enjoyed gardening and repairing clocks.
Survivors: Daughter, Carol, wife of Ronald Moore of Allentown; Sons, William R., Jr. of Radnor, PA and Larry D., husband of Patricia of Easton, PA; Grandchildren, Curtis Martin, husband of Kathy of Coopersburg, Robert Martin of Lawrenceville, GA, William R. "Chip" Bleam, III, husband of Carol of Sykesville, MD, and Paulette Bleam of San Francisco, CA; Great Granddaughters, Hannah Martin and Emma Pearl Bleam; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Services: 11:00 AM, Thursday, Oct. 14, 2010 at Norcross-Weber Funeral Home, 101-B N. Main St., Coopersburg, PA. Viewing: 10:00 AM until time of services at the funeral home. Interment will be held in Woodland Cemetery. (www.weberfuneralhomes.com)
