Walter William Tust passed away on Friday, April 15, 2022 at the age of 100 at the Adam's Place Health Center in Murfreesboro, TN. A native of Allentown, Walter was born on May 27, 1921, to the late: Edmund and Rosa (Mulzet) Tust and was predeceased by his loving wife of 59 years, May M. (Sterner) and son Philip Alan.

An Allentown High School graduate, Walter was employed by W.F. Mosser & Son as a pattern maker until he served with the U.S. Army infantry during WWII as part of the 66th Black Panther division in Normandy. Upon return, he was employed by United Rentals, eventually becoming the proprietor of Airport Road Rental Center. Retiring in 1985, he enjoyed his hobbies of gardening, wood working, golfing and reading. Walter was a member of St. Paul's UCC in Allentown and was a lifetime member of the American Legion Post 367.

He is survived by his Daughters: Linda May Tust of Allentown and Susan Kay Zimpfer and husband Scott and Grandchildren: Jacob Zimpfer and Sarah Zimpfer, all of Murfreesboro, TN. Sister Lydia Corby of Whitehall and Brother James Tust of Bath.

A Viewing will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2022 from 10AM to be followed by a service at 11AM, both will be at Weber Funeral Home 1619 Hamilton Street, in Allentown, PA. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park, 1500 Airport Road, Allentown, PA.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given in memory of Walter to St. Paul's UCC, 340 East Hamilton St., Allentown, PA 18109.
