Veronica M. Schlaner, 81 of Coopersburg, passed away May 6 at Lehigh Valley Hospital Salisbury Twp. Born in Catasaqua she was a daughter of the late John and Sophie Thomas. She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Limeport, where she was a member of the Altar and Rosary Societies, and also the Pledge to the Miraculous Medal. Survivors: She is survived by her loving husband of 52 yrs. Walter; daughter Rosemary of Bethlehem; sons, Stephen and wife Lisa of Brick NJ, Joseph and wife Sandy of Red Hill, Andrew and wife Kari of Kutztown; grandchildren, Matthew, Elizabeth, Ashley, Misti, Shanelle, and Coty; sister, Mary Janesch of Bryn Mawr; brother, John Thomas of Sellersville; many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Services: Mass of Christian Burial 10am Monday in the church, St. Joseph's Rd., Limeport.
