Timothy J. Kirbyson
Timothy J. Kirbyson 40, of Allentown passed away on December 4th. Born in Philadelphia, to the late James Kirbyson and Mary P. Dubin and the step-son of Eduardo Dubin. Timothy was the husband of Fawn (Heilman) Kirbyson of Allentown and a member of St. John's Church of Faith, Allentown. He was employed as an Executive Sous Chef for Sedexo at Lehigh University. He was a Black Belt of Tae Kwon Do under Master Kim. He organized the visit of the Doli Lama event in 2007. Timothy was an avid Philadelphia Eagles Football fan & had the priveledge of cooking for the Eagle's team.
