Theresa Tapler
Theresa Tapler, 92, of Whitehall, passed peacefully on January 3, 2007 at the Phoebe Home. She was the loving wife of the late John Tapler, Jr. who died in 1971. Born in Allentown, PA; she was a daughter of the late Frank and Theresa (Berghold) Deutsch. She was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, Allentown. She was employed as a seamstress for various mills in Allentown. She was former vice president of the Austrian-Hungarian Sunshine Club.
Survivors: Daughter, Elaine, wife of Louis Gensits of Whitehall and Janet, wife of Gary Black of Coplay; Sister, Margaret Trinkl of Whitehall; Grandchildren, Rebecca, wife of Thomas Hendershot, Stephen Gensits, Amanda Black, and Julia Black.
