Theresa, 85, of Allentown danced into Jesus' arms on January 6, 2014. She was born in Wilkes-Barre on August 2, 1928 to the late George and Anna (Gotcha) Macho. She loved the shows Gunsmoke and Bonanza, making homemade cards and poetry, polka, and travelling with her husband of 63 years, Joseph Barnas, whom she also sang with in the St. Francis Choir for 10 years. She is predeceased by sisters Ann, Veronica, Bertha, and Marie, and granddaughter Tracy Lynn Sult.

Survivors: Husband; daughter Patricia Ann M. Mertz; son Joseph Barnas II and wife Anne; brother Joseph Macho; grandsons James Mertz II, and Joshua and Kory Barnas; and many great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.

Services: Viewing Friday, January 10, 6-8pm at Weber Funeral Homes, 1619 W. Hamilton St, Allentown. View Saturday, January 11, 1-1:30pm at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 801 N. 11th St, Allentown. Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 1:30pm.
