Theresa E. Horvath
Theresa E. Horvath, 90 of Holy Family Manor, formerly of Allentown passed away on December 19th. Born in Budapest, Hungary, she was the daughter of the late Karoly and Theresa Horvath. She was the wife of the late Ignatius Horvath for 58 years. Theresa was a member of St. Stephen of Hungary Catholic Church, Allentown where she served as past president of the Altar & Rosary Society. Theresa and her husband owned & operated the Economy Store at 4th & Turner Sts. Allentown for many years. She also was employed by Metro Decorating as a Seamstress.
Survivors: Son; Thomas J. Horvath and partner Dawn M. Anderson of Bethlehem. Daughters; Elizabeth C. Horvath of Allentown, Rose Frances Horvath and her husband Arthur Evjen of Pacific Grove, CA. Brothers; Julius Szakaly of N. Carolina, and Miklos Szakaly of Budapest, Hungary.
Services: Thursday, December 24th. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:30am in St. Stephen church. Weber Funeral Home 502 Ridge Ave. Allentown.
