Survivors: Parents, Step-Mother, Brother; Sylvestor DeLucia. Sister's; Kaitlynn Hartzellman, Chasity Volack. Grandmother; Marie Volack. Theo was predeceased by a Grandfather; Theodore Volack Sr.; Grandparents; Jean & Lorenze Hass.
Services: Viewing, Saturday, December 13, 2014 from 10:00am to 11:00am followed by a mass of Christian Burial at 11:00am all at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 501 Ridge Ave. Allentown, PA. (www.weberfuneralhomes.com)
