Stephen Charles Mazepa D.C., passed away August 29, 2021. Steve was a Valley Chiropractor in Emmaus, Pa for many years. He was a graduate of the National Chiropractic College in Chicago in 1961. Steve had extensive interests of many categories. Steve was an Author, Entrepreneur and a collector of Native American Indian Artifacts for which he started the Kema Indian Museum for educational purposes along with other museums. Steve also enjoyed collecting various antiques as well. Steve had a farmhouse and farm land for many years that he shared with his hunting buddies at the foot of the Blue Mountain. Steve was also very proud of his parents, Ruth and Steve Mazepa, the owners of the Leather Corner Post Hotel for many years. Steve's father was a great entertainer and Ruth was a wonderful cook and baker. Steve surprised his dad with the first Bombas in the area and the hotel became the home of the Bombas! Steve was also proud of his Ukrainian Heritage. He researched all and wrote a book about his ancestor Mazepa The Great Cossack and Hetman of the Ukraine. Steve also enjoyed traveling all over the world with his loving wife, Debbie, by his side. Steve was an avid Football Fan, in his former years as a football player Steve scored the first touchdown in Parkland High School's history! Steve enjoyed and was very proud of his family and friends. Steve had a true drive to make everyone laugh and smile. His favorite card to flash was keep smiling! Steve is predeceased by his parents, Steve and Ruth Mazepa. Steve is survived by his loving wife Debbie, his children Steve Henry Mazepa, wife Debbie, Daughter Kathy Mazepa Obando, husband Sergio. Son Darin Mazepa D.C., Mother Leona Mazepa. Grandchildren: Shilo Mazepa, Zöe Mazepa, Andrew Obando, Samuel Obando and Kaimana Lukity Mazepa. Step Children: Kristen Richardson and Todd Richardson. Step Grandchildren: predeceased by Jonathan Beck, survived by Samantha Haas and Matthew Haas. Sister Jenny Malouin, proprietor of the Krumsville Hotel. Brother in laws Gary Knecht and Mark Knecht. Steve was so loved and will be so missed. He will remain in our hearts and minds forever!
