Stephanie G. Dinackus

Stephanie G. Dinackus, 92, formerly of Salisbury Township, died February 1, 2013, at St. Luke's Hospital in Allentown. Born and raised in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Tekla Gramiak, both of whom immigrated to the United States from Ukraine as teenagers. She was married to Harry G. Dinackus for 54 years until his death in 2009.

Mrs. Dinackus worked as a professional secretary at the General Electric Company in Allentown and Philadelphia. She loved traveling internationally with her family. She was known for her wonderful cooking, and was an avid reader, and a lover of opera and classical music. She was the backbone of her family, and a devoted and loving daughter, mother, and grandmother. She was particularly fond of cats, and was a stalwart liberal and Democrat. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Survivors: Son, Thomas, husband of Lisa; Grandson, Jeffrey; and Sister, Genevieve Nackoney. She was predeceased by a brother, Raymond Gramiak.
