Stella T. Strobl
Stella T. Strobl, 79, of Allentown, passed at her son's residence in Coplay on July 21, 2008. Born in Allentown, PA, she was a daughter of the late Gustav and Julia (Tapler) Hadl, Sr. She was the loving wife of the late William W. Strobl. She was a dedicated member of Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church, Whitehall. For over 40 years, Stella worked at many Allentown factories as a sewing machine operator. She was later employed at the Piercing Pagoda in Bethlehem for five years until retiring in 2000. She was predeceased by a brother, Gustav Hadl, Jr.
Survivors: Sons, William R., companion of Rose of Coplay, and Gary T., husband of Hope of Allentown; Sisters, Erna J. Weber of Whitehall, Florence C. Wirth of Whitehall, and Marlane Hasowich of Bethlehem; and five grandchildren, Timothy, Casey, Joseph, Blake, and Jenna.
Services: 11:00 A.M., Friday, July 25, 2008 at Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church, 3355 MacArthur Rd., Whitehall, PA. Viewing: 10:00 A.M., Friday until time of services at the church. Interment at Woodlawn Memorial Park, Airport Road, Allentown. Services entrusted to Weber Funeral Homes, P.C. (www.weberfuneralhomes.com)
