Shirley L. Krause, 75, of Allentown, passed away Nov. 12. at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Ethel (Massics) Costa and Michael Pletz. Shirley was the wife of Paul Krause; they celebrated 55 yrs. of marriage in Jan. Shirley retired in 1996 from the former Hess's Patio , and was previously employed by the former Charles Inn. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Shirley was known for her selflessness, and her willingness to give to others. She loved her family, arts and crafts, and her dog Annie. Survivors: Husband; daughters, Sharon wife of Allen Hunsicker Jr., Michele "Miki" wife of Scott Hannis; grandchildren, Christa, Bryan, Allen III, and Katie; great grandchildren, Madison, Lexi, and Bryan Jr.; brother in law, Stephen Mould; niece Courtney and nephew Kyle. She was predeceased by sister Pamela Ann Costa-Mould. Services: Tues. 1pm at Weber Funeral Home, 502 Ridge Ave. Allentown. Please call from Noon till time of service.
