Shirley Jean Kinney, of Allentown passed away on June 11 at the age of 69. She was born in Ottawa, Illinois to the Late Wesley F. and Lois I. (Plique) Willis. Shirley had been a waitress at Good Steer for many years and loved being around people. She was someone who once you met you would not forget her. Shirley will be missed but never forgotten. Survivors: Spouse Frank Herr Sr., 4 Sons: Michael, Kyle, Destry, Dana and wife Teresa Kinney. Grand Children Angie, Tina, Sean, Katie, Tara, Heather, Adam, Kurt Jr. Kassandra, Nicholas, and Nicole.
