Sharon A. Hunsicker, 68, of Allentown, passed away April 30, 2023. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Shirley (Pletz) Krause. Sharon is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Allen Hunsicker Jr.

Sharon was the first special education teacher at Northern Lehigh High School where she worked for 41 years until her retirement. She was a former member of St. Paul's UCC where she also taught Sunday school for 12 years. Sharon was involved in East Side Memorial Little League for 20 years and also served as president. She was deeply devoted to her family and grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she will be lovingly remembered by her children: Allen III and his wife, Crystal and Katlynn, wife of Trevor Stout; grandchildren: Trevor Jr., Allen IV, and Abbigail; a sister, Michele, wife of Scott Hannis; niece, Christa, nephew, Bryan, grand-nieces, Madison and Lexi, and grand-nephew, Bryan Jr.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in passing by an aunt, Pamela Costa-Mould.

A viewing will be held Monday, May 8, 2023 from 9AM until the service at 10:30AM, all at Weber Funeral Homes 502 Ridge Avenue Allentown, PA 18102. Burial to follow at Cedar Hill Memorial Park.
