Selma (Sally) A. Treiber
Selma (Sally) A. Treiber, 88 of Whitehall, & formerly of Port St. John, Florida passed away on January 14th in Cedarbrook. Born in Pittsburg, she was the daughter of the late Elias and Regina (Haddad) Atiyeh. Selma was the wife of the late John Treiber Jr. who passed away in1986, she was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Allentown, she was employed by the former Western Electric Co. & various sewing factories. Selma was also a past member of the Eastern Star; Air Force Mothers & AARP Community Group, Florida. Selma enjoyed the Philadelphia Phillies and was a life long fan; she was also an avid bowler.
Survivors: Daughter; Regina M. Treiber of Breinigsville. Sons: Daniel R. Treiber and his wife Debra of Sommerville, SC, Ronald J. Treiber and his wife Diane of Mt. Pleasant, SC, John G. Treiber and his wife Theresa of Whitehall. Sister; Linda Donchez & her husband the Very Reverend Doctor Joseph Donchez of Vineland, NJ. Four grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a brother; Ernest Atiyeh Sr. & a sister; Rose Abraham.
Services: Viewing, Sunday, January 17th, 7:00pm-9:00pm in Weber Funeral Home, 1619 Hamilton St. Allentown. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, January 18 at 1:00pm in First Presbyterian Church, Tilghman St. Allentown, PA. Interment will be private.
