Ruth M. Tyson, of Center Valley, passed away on August 15th at the age 82. She was born at home in Center Valley to the late: John and Mary (Meyers) Strauss and was predeceased by her husband Emmett A. L. Tyson in 2001. Ruth had worked for the Southern Lehigh School District in the cafeteria, taught Sunday School at St. Paul's Lutheran Blue Church, and enjoyed going to St. Johns UCC senior Center.
Survivors: Children: Barry L. and wife Sherry Tyson, Eileen and husband Michael Wheatley, Eric and wife Darlene Tyson. 6 Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren and 1 on the way. Brother Franklin Strauss and a Sister Arlene Beck.
