Ruby F. Semmel, 88, of Emmaus died Wednesday April 2, 2008 in St. Luke's Hospice, Lower Saucon Twp. She was the wife of the late John N. Semmel. Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late William and Hattie E. (Reifinger) Dieter. Survivors: Son, Gerald N. Semmel of Andreas; daughter Diane E.
