Rosemary A. Hartley 60, of Whitehall, passed away Sunday, March 7, 2010. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Mary (Shea) Smothers. Survivors: Husband William I, one daughter Joline wife of Dennis Miller; two brothers, Stephen and Robert A. Smothers; one sister Mary Schuster; 2 grandchildren. Services: Arrangements are being handled by Weber Funeral Home, 502 Ridge Ave, Allentown. All services will be private at the convenience of the family.
