Rose "Rosie" Marie (Himmler) Kurtz, age 86, of Allentown, passed away peacefully Thursday, November 4, 2021 at her home. She was born November 1, 1935 in Allentown, the daughter of the late Rudolph and Rosa (Deutsch) Himmler.

Rosie graduated in the Class of 1953 from Allentown High School. She was employed by People First Credit Union for 27 years, retiring in 2007. She was known to be a comedian and the life of the party.

She is survived by her three daughters, Kay Kurtz, Karen Duggan, and Julie Chittick.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased in 1976 by her loving husband, Elmer S. Kurtz.
