Rosanne Karen Wartella, of Fogelsville, passed away on November 19, 2025, at Cedarbrook Nursing Home in Allentown at the age of 77. She was born in Allentown to the late: Stephen William Cicon Sr and Georgine Gloria (Kemmerer) and was an Occupational Therapy Assistant at various facilities in the Lehigh Valley. Rosanne enjoyed traveling and loved spending time with her grandchildren and grand dog. She is survived by her children: Bradford A Biehl and wife Sydney and Christine D. and husband Matthew Krapf. Grandchildren: Rebeka, Damian, Brandon and Maya. Siblings: Stephen Cicon Jr., David Cicon, Cecile Tyson, Dolores Zabower and their families.
