Ronald "Ron" U. Moore, Sr., age 84, of Center Valley, passed away Saturday, July 15, 2023 at Cedar Crest Post Acute in Allentown. He was born September 25, 1938 in Harrisburg, the son of the late John and Helen (Kruger) Moore.

Ron worked for General Electric Appliances and when it became Black and Decker as well. He was a comical man and an avid sports fan including the Pittsburgh Steelers, Philadelphia Flyers, and Hershey Bears.

He is survived by his loving wife of more than 52 years, Carol L. (Bleam) Moore of Center Valley; two sons, Curtis (Kathy) Martin of Coopersburg and Robert Martin of GA; and one granddaughter, Hannah Martin of GA.

Services are at the discretion of the family. Interment will be in Woodland Cemetery in Coopersburg. Donations may be made in Ron's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at www.stjude.org.
