Ronald R. Johnson 79, of Allentown, passed away on July 4th in his residence. He was the husband of Margaret (Remer) Johnson for 62 years. Born in Nazareth, PA, he was the son of the late Donald and Florence (Rissmiller) Johnson. Ronald was employed by the Allentown School district, retiring in 1991 after 26 years of service; he enjoyed playing for the Jolly Knights Orchestra and various other Orchestras'.
Survivors: Wife, Sons: Donald Johnson and his wife Phyllis of Allentown, Keith Johnson and his wife Marijane of Bethlehem. Robert Remer of Whitehall who Ronald and Margaret raised as a son. Brothers: Richard Johnson and William Johnson of Allentown. Sisters: Betty Stuber of Hanover Township, Shirley Franz of Allentown. Grandsons: Gary Johnson and James Johnson, Granddaughter: Christine Johnson and three Great-Grandchildren.
