Roberta C. Ackerman, 55, of Allentown passed away at her home on October 1, 2006. Born in Allentown, PA she was a daughter of the late Robert and Pearl (Solt) Conrad. On February 27, 1971 she was married to Robert N. Ackerman with whom she celebrated 35 years of marriage. Roberta worked in the billing department at Bethlehem Steel, she then became a Teacher's Assistant at Holy Spirit Catholic School. Being a faithful member of Immaculate Conception Church Roberta continued to serve the Lord by becoming a Eucharistic Minister and teaching C.C.D classes at Immaculate Conception and St. John the Baptist Catholic Church both of Allentown. Survivors: Husband; sons, David of Allentown and Brent and his fiance Carleen Rack of Orefield; daughter; Michelle wife of Mark Davis, Sr. of Allentown; grandchildren Mark Davis, Jr., Morgan Davis and Cayden Rex; sisters, Carol wife of Bruce Moyer of Wescosville and Sandra Conrad.
