Robert "Shoes" Tomasko Sr. 75, of Allentown, passed away August 13, 2012. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Michael and Anna (Roth) Tomasko. He was the loving husband of the late Shirley (Cooke) Tomasko for 53 years. Robert worked for the Roofer's Union Local #30 for 35 years. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, and loved to spend time with his family. Survivors: Two sons, Robert Jr. and wife Julie of Hamburg, and Bryan Sr. and companion Linda of Allentown; grandchildren, Laurie, Beth, Alicia, Robert III, Bryan Jr.; great-grandchildren, Jacquelyn, Rebecca, Tyler. Services: Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, August 17, 2012, at the Weber Funeral Home, 502 Ridge Ave, Allentown. Please call from 10 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at the Grandview Cemetery, Allentown. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Robert's name to the American Cancer Society.
