Robert Charles Shurgalla Sr, age 84, of Coopersburg, passed away on Friday June 2, 2017. He was the son of the late Steven and Grace Evelyn (Horn) Shurgalla, born in Shamokin on March 2, 1933. He is survived by his wife Mary Shurgalla. They were married for 26 years.

Bob graduated from Allentown High School, was a previous member of Knights of Columbus, enjoyed traveling to New England, and retired from Allentown College now DeSales Universaity as Director of Buildings and Grounds.

SURVIVORS: He is also survived by, Daughters; Debra Figueroa and her husband Jose, Donna Conway, son; Richard Shurgalla and his wife Sharon, daughter in-law Karen Shurgalla, eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Bob was preceded in death by son, Robert Shurgalla Jr.
