Richard M. Ringer went to be with his Lord & Savior on October 13, 2013. He was born on March 4, 1935 to the late Albert & Cleo Ringer. Richard graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S. in mechanical engineering & was a member of the Tau Beta Pi & Pi Tau Sigma Honor Societies. He retired from Armstrong World Ind. after 32 years & received many awards including the President's Award, several innovation awards, the General Manager & Manager awards, as well as earning 9 patents. He was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church. He loved going to Daytona Beach, FL, reading, woodworking & music of the 50's. Early in his life he enjoyed shooting bow & arrow, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family.

Survivors: Surviving are his wife Kathleen, son Kevin (husband of Linda), daughter Kelly, 4 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, sister Sandra Phillips of Nazareth, PA & several nieces & nephews.

Services: Will be private with burial at Union Cemetery, Slatington, PA.
