Richard C. "Dick" Howard, 86 of Allentown passed away at the home of his daughter. Born in Allentown he was the son of the late William and Laura Howard. He was the husband of the late J. Eloise Howard for 58yrs. prior to her passing in 2005. He was an army veteran of WWII. He was the owner of Howard's Cottages in Canada which he ran for 42 yrs. in the summers. In the winters he worked with his brother at Howard's Refrigeration. Richard was a member of the Experimental Aircraft Assoc. with whom he took his last flight this past Oct. Survivors: Daughter, Patricia wife of Phillip Hansell of Allentown; Four grandchildren. Services: Sat. 11am at Weber Funeral Home, 1619 W. Hamilton St., Allentown.
