Richard L. Emerich, 79, of Center Valley, died June 22, 2006 in Lehigh Valley Hospice Inpatient Unit, Allentown. He was husband of the late Elizabeth A. Emerich for 50 years until her death in 2001. Born in Germantown, PA; he was a son of the late Leroy E. and Daisy M. (Schmidt) Emerich. He was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Limeport.
Survivors: Children, Edward, Robert, Susan Steele, Peter, Thomas, and Linda; the children's spouses and 10 grandchildren.
Services: 7:00 PM Prayer service at Norcross - Weber Funeral Home, 101B Main St., Coopersburg. Viewing: 6:00 - 8:00 PM at the funeral home www.weberfuneralhomes.com
