Richard M. "Coach" Peste, of Allentown, passed away on April 15th at the age of 78. He was born in Allentown to the late: Andrew and Hilda (Decker) Peste. Richard was a veteran of the Air force and had been the owner of Dick's Discount Store, in Allentown. He was also a manufacturer of clothing and a personal trainer. Coach was a member of LifeChurch, in Allentown, and would regularly meet with friends at MacDonald's, on South 4th Street in Allentown, for breakfast.
Survivors: Daughters: Kimberly Hafich and husband Bob and Tamara Peste-Nase and husband Dana. Grandchildren: Shelby and husband Ken Ek, and Collin Yaindl. Sisters Joan Baker and Barbara Stengel.
Services: A calling will be held on Thursday April 18 starting at 10 Am to be followed by service at 11Am both will be at Weber Funeral Home, 1619 Hamilton Street in Allentown
