Ralph I. Hinkle, of Allentown, passed away on April 24 at the age of 84. He was the son of the late: Ralph A. and Beulah P. (Kehley) Hinkle and was predeceased by his wife Christine (Smith) in 2009. Ralph had served during WWII with the Navy Seabees, was an avid gardener, enjoyed cooking, being an amateur radio operator, and had been a musician for many years, playing for weddings and parties. He had worked for Hercules Cement as a Supervisor until 1987. Ralph was a Charter Member of Hope U.C.C. and a member of the VFW Post 2124 both in Allentown. Survivors: Son Charles and wife Anna Hinkle. Daughter Christine and husband Jack Waters.
