Phyllis A. Carroll was born on November 1, 1939 in Harrisburg, Pa to the late Luther and Helen Ahner and passed away on October 21, 2020 at the age of 80. Phyllis had worked at the Lehigh County Law Library in Allentown, PA from 1989 until 1992 and was predeceased by her husband Michael J. Carroll on February 3, 2016. Phyllis had lived in Upper Saucon Township and then had moved to Ogunquit Maine. She is survived by her Sons: Richard J. Ford and David A. Ford. Grandchildren: Rory, Richard Jr., Sianne, David, and Samantha. 5 Great Grandchildren. Sister: Susan Moffitt.
