Phil was also into sports. He was an Eagles and Phillies fan but also enjoyed local sports with his sons. He coached and was umpire for many years for Southern Lehigh Little League while his sons played. He was also an avid bowler, bowling with his son, Brian, in different leagues including the Fireman's League and other Quakertown leagues from 1990-2010 winning several trophies, including league championships together.
In addition to his wife, he will be lovingly remembered by his children: Brian Phillip Foellner and David Allen Foellner and his fiancée, Rebecca Dobson; a grand-pup, Chewie; sister, Susan and her husband, Nate Tickner; his dog, Bailey, and a host of extended family and friends who will miss him dearly.
He was preceded in passing by his parents, his dog, Sadie, and a sister, Joanne and her husband, Donald Bowen.
