Peggy Lou Ulmer, a very good wife and mother, passed away on December 22, 2019 at the age of 86. She was born in East Greenville, Pa to the late Harvey and Stella Hilligass and had been married to the late Gerald Leon Ulmer, who passed away in 1990 after 54 years of marriage. She had operated her own day care for many years, was a Girl Scout Leader, and a member of St. Peters Tohickon UCC where she was very active in the Ladies Auxiliary and the church bake sales. Peggy is survived by her Daughter Sharon Higginbotham and husband John, Grandchildren: Jimi Geese and wife Jen, Shane Higginbotham and wife Erica, and Kyle Higginbotham. Great Grandchildren Jayden and Emma. A private service will be held at a future date.
