Krause
October 6, 1929 – January 2, 2021
Paul M. Krause, of Allentown, went to be with his "Little Buddy" his loving wife Shirley, on January 2 at the age of 91. He was born in Emmaus to the late Fred J. and Florence (Miller) Krause and was predeceased by his wife Shirley in 2009. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army serving during the Korean War as a parachutist and a combat medic, where he was wounded and received a Purple Heart. He had worked for the International Union of Operating Engineers doing heavy construction as a crane operator and was a member of the union for 68 years. Paul enjoyed going to the casino, gambling, telling war stories and sharing his knowledge of historic Allentown and old movies. Survivors: Daughters: Sharon and husband Allen Hunsicker Jr. and Michele "Miki" and husband Scott Hannis. Grandchildren: Allen III, Katie, Christa, and Bryan. Great Grandchildren: Madison, Lexi, Bryan Jr., Trevor Jr., Allen IV and Abbigail. A Graveside Service will be held at Cedar Hill Memorial Park in Allentown on Thursday January 7 th at Noon.
