Patrick D. Newman, 70, of Upper Saucon Twp, passed away on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 in his home. He was the loving husband of Susan Petrilla with whom he spent 36 years of marriage with.

Born in Allentown, He was the son of the late Thomas and Beatrice Kennedy.

Patrick graduated from William Allen High School. After he served his country in the United States Coast Guard on the USCGC Icebreaker Southwind. Traveling the world Patrick developed a passion for history, culture and above all cooking. His love of cooking would lead Patrick to working in every aspect of the food industry. Patrick was the co-owner of Paddy's Irish Pub in Allentown.

He is survived by his children; Patrick, Bridget and Brendan with wife Amanda, grandchildren; Riley, Madeline, and Brady. He is also survived by his siblings; Harold, Catherine and Joan.

Patrick is preceded in death by his brother Thomas.
