Patricia A. Baum, 74, of Allentown, passed away peacefully December 26, 2024. Born in Allentown on November 11, 1950, she was the daughter of the late John Yost and Mary Brandstetter Gross.

Pat came into this world as a gentle, loving soul. All who knew Pat were struck by her kindness and compassion. Pat spent 13 years at Jewel Nursing Home in Allentown (formerly Manorcare). While at Jewel, Pat loved the nurses and the staff and they were truly exceptional with her. They took her to the Allentown Fair, Lights in the Parkway, and to pizza shops.

Patsy is survived by her beloved four children: John Reese, Matthew Reese, Laura Baum, and Joshua Baum; sister, Mary Flanley of Fountain Hill, two stepbrothers: Scott Gross and Todd Gross; a sister in law, Debbie Keretz; she was a loving aunt to her niece, Jennifer Flanley of Salisbury Township, many cousins, and her uncles: Al Brandstetter of Coplay and Bernard Skripek of Catasauqua.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.

Since Patsy derived the most pleasure by going to musicals at the Pines Dinner Theater, donations may be made either directly to the theater at 315 S. Cedar Crest Blvd Allentown, PA 18103 or to the care of Weber Funeral Home 502 Ridge Avenue Allentown, PA 18102.
