Otto, 88, passed away on November 15, 2013. He was born on December 3, 1924 in Allentown to the late Frank and Mary (Hafner) Billowitch. He served in the Army during WWII. He is predeceased by siblings Anna, Esther, Frank, Joseph, Margaret and John.

Survivors: Sister Helen of Whitehall; brother William of CA; and many nieces and nephews.

Services: Services: Visitation 9-10am, followed by a 10am service, both on Tuesday, November 26 at Weber Funeral Home, 502 Ridge Avenue, Allentown. Internment will be private.
