Nichole "Nikki" V. Eckhart, 32, passed away Tuesday August 1, 2023 at St. Luke's Hospice in Bethlehem. She was born February 5, 1991 in Bethlehem, the daughter of Shelly Casper and Frank Eckhart.

Nikki attended Dieruff High School and graduated from McCann School of Business and Technology with a 4.0 as a surgical technician. She was known as a very generous person, helping everyone in need. She picked up quickly on learning new things. She was also an avid animal lover and fan of the Insane Clown Posse (ICP).

She is survived by her parents, Shelly Casper and Frank Eckhart; daughter, Katalina Peterson; brother, Steven Casper; boyfriend, Mike Peterson and his parents Carol and Pete Peterson; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A gathering will be held Friday, August 11, 2023 from 4:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. at Weber Funeral Homes, P.C. 1619 Hamilton Street, Allentown, PA 18102. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family.
