Neal, 98, of Allentown passed away on April 27, 2015. He was born in Hazleton on December 29, 1916 to the late James and Mary (Forte) Manganelli. Neal served in the Army during WWII, was a member of the Men of Malvern for over 40 years, was a truck driver in construction, and a business agent for the Teamsters. He is predeceased by wives Mary and Theresa; and son Thomas F.; and several brothers and sisters.

Survivors: Granddaughter Mary Frost and husband Daniel; great grandchildren Corey and Collin; brother Al; sister Elizabeth; and nieces and nephews.

Services: Viewing Wednesday, April 29, from 12-1pm. Service at 1pm. Both at Weber Funeral Home, 502 Ridge Ave., Allentown. Interment at Laurel Cemetery, Whitehall, to follow. www.weberfuneralhomes.com
