Michael S. Jones, 53, passed away on June 16, 2017 in the early morning hours surrounded by his loving wife and children. He is survived by his loving wife, Denise (Walker) Jones; they would have celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary this year. Michael was born on June 10, 1964 in Allentown, PA. He is the son of the late Allan D. Jones and Lynn (Tesche) Jones. Michael was a true example of what it means to be a good man in a world where positive masculinity seems to be fading. He demonstrated these qualities in how he lived his life and treated those around him. He was the father of five children and a surrogate father to their friends for more than 25 years. His career efforts as a UPS driver provided for his family and demonstrated the benefits of hard work and dedication. Michael had a deep love for sports and was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers. He also coached little league baseball for many years when his children were in school. Michael and his wife, Denise, had a true open-door policy in their household, where friends quickly became extended members of the family. In the days prior to his passing countless people came to the family's home to show appreciation for the positive impact he had on their lives. Survivors: Along with his wife Denise A. Jones, he is survived by his children; Randy Jason Mayes and his wife Angie, Rion Johnson and his girlfriend Sarah, Kirk Johnson and his wife Heather, Michael A.
