Megan L. Rivera, 38, of Allentown, Pennsylvania, passed July 26th, 2026. She was the daughter of Phillip Rivera Sr. and the late Denna Rivera. Megan was known for her love of the Eagles, who she watched every Sunday (Go Birds!). She enjoyed spending her time with friends and family, going to the beach, shopping, but what she loved most was her children.

Megan is survived by her children, Shayleann Rivera and Avery Luis Martinez; father Philip Rivera Sr., siblings Fred (Jessica) Cruz, Jessica Rivera, Krystle (Alex) Cruz-Vasquez, Philip “Macho” Rivera Jr., Erica Rivera, Stephanie Rivera, and Jason Rivera; and nieces and nephews Kaylin Cruz, Brayden Cruz, Izaiah Vasquez, Javiani Vasquez, Alexis Vasquez Jr., Xavier Vasquez, Alexander Galarza, Analyse Galarza, Avianna Galarza. 

Megan is preceded by her mother Denna Rivera and grandparents Lorraine Steinmetz-Rivera, Jose Rivera, Ana Lydia Rosaria, and Filipe Rivera.

Services in Megan’s honor will be held at Weber Funeral Home 502 Ridge Ave, Allentown, PA 18102 (610) 434-9349. A viewing will be held the evening of Thursday August 6th from 6 to 8 p.m., and again on Friday August 7th from 9 to 10 a.m., with a funeral service to begin at 10 a.m., followed by burial at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cemetery in Whitehall.
