Matthew R. Schneck, of Kutztown, passed away on June 25th at the age of 49. He was born in Allentown to the late: Earl and Barbara Schneck and would have been married to his loving wife Channa 25 years this July. Matthew was a veteran of the US Navy and was a Mason with Greenleaf Lodge #561 in Allentown. He had retired as a Captain with the Allentown Fire Department where he was trained in hazmat, bomb squad, water rescue along with many other certifications. He then went on to work for the Reading Fire Department.

Services: A visitation will be held on Wednesday June 28th from 5:00-8:00PM at Weber Funeral Home 1619 Hamilton Street in Allentown. On Friday June 30th a burial service will be held at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery at 1:00PM. www.weberfuneralhomes.com
