Mathias Koncsics, 99, of Upper Macungie Twp., died on Aug. 12, 2009 at Country Meadows. He was the husband of the late Dorothy (Krasley) Koncsics for 47 years until her death in 1982. Born in Austria; he was the son of Mathias and Louise (Coffer) Koncsics. He was employed by Bethlehem Steel for over 40 years as a machinist. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
Survivors: Sons, David M., husband of Mary of Fort Smith, AR and Thomas C., husband of Frances of Allentown; Daughter, Dorothy M., wife of George Gubbich of Macungie; Nine Grandchildren; 12 Great Grandchildren.
