Mary A. Nagy
Mary A. Nagy 96, of Allentown passed away on March 23 in Lehigh Valley Hospital. Born in Riba Kethel, Hungary she was the daughter of the late Frank and Agnes (Vari) Nemeth. Mary was the wife of the late Joseph J. Nagy. She was a member of St. Stephen of Hungary Catholic Church where she was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary and a former member of the church choir. Mary had a great devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Blessed Mother Mary. She also was an avid Gardner.
Survivors: Sisters: Theresa Emerick wife of Aloyisious of Coplay, Catherine Schaffer wife of Eugene of Whitehall. Brother; Charles Nemeth, husband of Joni of Palmerton. Grandsons; Dr. Christopher Nagy and his wife Nancy of Washington Crossing, PA. James S. Nagy of Pittsburg, PA, Captain Timothy R. Nagy of Aviano, Italy. Granddaughters; Martha Marie Nagy of Hamburg, PA, Abigail wife of Richard Mirarchi of Reading, PA. Two Great-Grandsons; Matthew and Samuel Mirarchi. Mary was predeceased by a son, Joseph S. Nagy on December 24, 2007. Nieces & Nephews.
Services: Visitation will be held on Friday, March 27 from 9:00am - 10:30am in the funeral home, followed by services at 11:00am in St. Stephen of Hungary Catholic Church 510 Union St. Allentown.
