Mary, 92, of Center Valley, passed away on September 28, 2015. She was born in Scranton on February 28, 1923 to the late William and Mary (Shimkus) Krasouskas. She spent 59 years of marriage with her loving husband, the late John Mihalik, and is also predeceased by siblings Eleanor, Irene, and Billy, and son-in-law Alfred Miksits. Mary was a devoted housewife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She belonged to the Good Neighbors Club and was a past member of the Altar & Rosary Society.
Survivors: Daughters Elizabeth J. Miksits, Kathleen Unger and husband Robert, and Theresa A. Fidler and husband Joseph, niece Bernadette Badner; grandchildren Helen, Heidi, Mary, John, Liesel Miksits; Geoffrey, Gretchen Unger; Benjamin, Megan, Brittany Fidler; and 15 great grandchildren; Kade Seibert, Ian Miksits, Thad Knight: Robert, Jane, Robert, Clair, Mary Margaret Unger; Ian, Anna, Peter, Luke, Joseph, George Francis Currie in honor of Pope Francis; Levi Fidler and many other loving family and friends.
