Martha J. Jurchenko

Martha J. Jurchenko, 82, died on Nov. 26, 2015 at Lehigh Valley Hospice Center. Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Harry F. and Frances (Stofflet) Beers. She was the wife of the late Emil J. Jurchenko for 31 years until his death in 1983. She was a member of Protection of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Allentown and Seniors in Action. She enjoyed all activities at the YWCA and traveling. Martha was an usher at the State Theatre in Easton and the Pennsylvania Playhouse. She was predeceased by a son, Richard J. Jurchenko, a brother, Harry Beers, and a sister, Marjean Mustard.


Survivors: Daughter, Roberta M. Richards and her husband Joseph of Allentown; Sons, Robert and his wife Theresa of New Smithville and Ronald and his wife Carol of Bethlehem; Brother, George Beers of FL; five Grandchildren; five Great Grandchildren; five Step Grandchildren, nine step Great Grandchildren; and many
nieces and nephews.
