Margaret "Peggy" A. Steininger, age 104, of Center Valley, PA, passed away Monday, May 30, 2022 at Abode Care of Allentown. She was born February 24, 1918 in Coopersburg, the daughter of the late Charles and Mayme (Faust) Steininger.

Peggy proudly served in the U.S. Navy during WWII for two years, from 1943-1945. She then opened up her own interior design studio in Washington D.C. and worked for years before relocating to Lake Havasu City, AZ. She also worked as a bank teller for many years at the former Keystone Nazareth Bank & Trust. She was a lifelong member of the Coopersburg Moravian Church and the Quakertown American Legion Post 242.

She is survived by her niece Marie E. Paxson and husband, Robert of TN; nephew, George H. Rankin, Jr. and wife, Mary of NJ.; great-nieces and nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Edna Louise Rankin.

Professional Services are entrusted to Weber Funeral Homes, P.C. in Allentown. Services are at the discretion of the family. Interment will be in Chestnut Hill Cemetery in Coopersburg.
